Return Policies

All products being returned must have prior return authorization from The Wild Bean.

Due to health regulations perishable items such as coffee and tea may not be returned. If damaged during shipping contact The Wild Bean within 3 days of receipt to arrange replacement..

Music CDs and LP's may not be returned unless they are defective or damaged during shipping. If defective or damaged during shipping they may be exchanged for the exact same title. The Wild Bean must be contacted within 7 days to arrange exchange.

Other items are subject to our 30 day return policy. Buyer must contact The Wild Bean to obtain proper return authorization. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
